Your biological age reflects the current state of your cells, tissues, and systems—not the number of years since birth. It’s influenced by:

Our Biological Age Estimator is based on a simplified version of Gompertz mortality modeling and longevity-related biometrics, cross-referenced with recent peer-reviewed aging clocks.

All results are generated client-side by default (nothing stored without permission), and include links to every formula and study used.
