The Lifestyle Longevity Scorecard is a simple, science-backed self-assessment tool that gives you a holistic snapshot of how your current lifestyle stacks up against proven longevity principles. It doesn’t just tell you where you stand—it shows you where to improve and links you to actions that make a measurable difference.

This isn’t about perfection. It’s about awareness and momentum.


🧭 What Is the Scorecard?

The Lifestyle Longevity Scorecard is a guided self-check tool designed around five key lifestyle domains most correlated with healthy aging and extended healthspan:

  1. Nutrition
  2. Physical Activity
  3. Sleep & Recovery
  4. Stress Management
  5. Substance Use & Environmental Exposures

You’ll answer quick questions in each domain—no tracking apps, bloodwork, or spreadsheets required.

Each category is scored 0–20 points, for a total of 100 possible points. Based on your score, you’ll receive:

  • A longevity lifestyle grade (A–F)
  • A category-by-category breakdown
  • Targeted tips, habits, and linked articles to improve

🧬 What the Score Reflects

Your score isn’t just a badge—it’s a window into how your day-to-day decisions are influencing biological aging mechanisms like:

  • Inflammation (chronic stress, poor sleep, ultra-processed foods)
  • Hormetic resilience (heat/cold exposure, movement variety)
  • Circadian rhythm integrity (sleep timing, light exposure)
  • Nutrient-sensing pathways (protein intake, fasting frequency)
  • Mitochondrial and metabolic function (exercise volume, sugar intake)

Small, consistent changes in these areas compound over time—often more than supplements or high-tech interventions.


Example Scorecard Questions

1. Nutrition

  • Do you fast for 12+ hours at night at least 5 days/week?
  • Do you eat processed sugar more than once per day?
  • Is your weekly protein intake >1.2g/kg (adjusted for goals)?

2. Physical Activity

  • Do you perform resistance training ≥2x/week?
  • Do you average at least 7,000 steps/day?
  • Do you get ≥1 cardio session at Zone 2 intensity weekly?

3. Sleep & Recovery

  • Do you sleep 7–9 hours on most nights?
  • Is your sleep consistent in timing (±1 hour bedtime)?
  • Do you use screens or blue light blockers after 9pm?

4. Stress & Mindset

  • Do you practice breathwork, meditation, or journaling ≥3x/week?
  • Do you feel burned out or anxious more than 3 days per week?

5. Substances & Toxins

  • Do you consume >7 alcoholic drinks/week?
  • Do you regularly filter drinking water and avoid plastics?
